Alexander Technique in Acting (Los Angeles)

Mondays from 7:00 pm-9:00 pm (PST)
January 12 – February 23, 2026 (7 weeks)

This class focuses on applying the Alexander Technique to acting, movement, voice, and character development. Open to beginners and professional-level actors and creatives, classes are taught in-person in small groups for individual attention.

Connecting to the body through awareness; recognizing the force of habit; improving movement by learning to organize body relationships; understanding means and ends; making clear choices of intention; infusing direction in your thinking and movement; improving breath coordination and vocal quality; freeing impulse and response patterns; applying the Alexander Technique to scenes, monologues, sonnets, and songs; learning to develop characters physically.
