Due to popular demand, we’re continuing with a Round 3 of Wake Up! We’re glad you’re enjoying this as much as we are. Every session is a new one with new material and tools.
While we’re all in the comfort of our homes and perhaps feeling a bit cooped up, let’s take 20 minutes of our day for a guided, Alexander Technique-inspired Mindful Movement that you can carry with you all day long.
