AUDITIONING: MASTER THE SELF-TAPE (4-week online workshop)

In recent years, the number of self-tape audition opportunities has increased dramatically. Then Covid hit and self-tape auditions quickly became the norm. This new workshop is an on-camera audition workout for actors who want to sharpen their self-tape audition skills. As a professional actor, Kristof has recorded and booked countless self-tape auditions, including his role opposite Jennifer Lawrence in Red Sparrow and opposite Robin Wright in House of Cards. In this workshop, special attention will be paid to:
-getting the technology right (camera, sound, light, etc.)
-efficient script analysis (who, what, where, when, why?)
-creating a world of the scene
-defining relationships with strong POV
-finding the emotional motivation behind the words
-using the archetypes for the character development
